As part of this, we are currently undertaking a major transformation of our payment and billing ecosystem, migrating from Debit Success to Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Ezypay. This is a critical program of work that will modernise how we manage payments, improve scalability, and create a more seamless and reliable experience for our members and internal teams. In this newly created Product Analyst Salesforce Billing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the systems that power these experiences, ensuring every transaction is accurate, reliable, and designed to scale with our growing business. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate complex billing and payment challenges into clear, high impact solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its connected platforms. You will focus on what matters most, define actionable requirements, and partner closely with technical teams to deliver smarter, faster outcomes that create real business value. Your impact will be felt across the entire organisation. From improving how members are billed through the new payment ecosystem, to strengthening revenue accuracy during and after the migration, and enabling better decision making for finance and operations, your work will directly contribute to a more seamless member experience and a stronger, more scalable future for FLG. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, finance stakeholders and key business partners to clarify goals, uncover assumptions, and drive alignment and delivery across the team. Capture and communicate concepts, requirements and future vision using formats that best support understanding - whether that’s a User Story, written summary, process diagram, data flow, or decision table. Have an AI first mindset - be excited to utilise AI technology to supercharge your work. Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and logic issues in billing logic, payment flows, and revenue rules, and work with the team to address them early in the process. Drive cross-functional problem-solving , helping the team navigate complexity, frame trade-offs, and stay focused on user and business outcomes. Own the clarity layer : Ensure decisions, definitions, data rules, and dependencies are visible and accessible to those who need them. Work with technical team members to understand how our systems behave, ensuring proposed solutions and product decisions are practical and aligned with platform capabilities. Maintain a communication-first mindset - always tailoring documentation and artifacts to the audience and purpose, whether that’s a developer, a finance stakeholder, or a product leader. Become an expert in key systems - Not only drive collaboration with existing SMEs but also become one yourself as you work across our digital estate. About You You are a confident, self-starting Product Analyst who thrives in complex, fast paced environments and takes ownership from day one. You bring strong risk management capability, with a sharp eye for identifying and mitigating issues early, and you naturally step into leadership by influencing outcomes and driving clarity. You have experience in B2C environments, ideally within membership or subscription based businesses, and are comfortable navigating complex payment and billing ecosystems where accuracy and reliability are critical. You take a proactive, modern approach to your work, including actively using AI tools to enhance analysis, testing, and solution validation. You are always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver better outcomes. Skills & Experience Essential Experience in a similar role Product Systems Analyst/ Technical Business Analyst role Experience working with modern tech teams in cross-functional environments with fast delivery cycles. A good understanding of how modern, integrated systems work at a technical level — including how billing data, financial processes, and logic flow across platforms — and the ability to map and reason about those interactions clearly. Experience with point-of-sale integrations Strong problem solving and modelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and structure them in a way that supports clear thinking, alignment, and smart decision-making. Proven experience in facilitating workshops, mapping systems and data flows, and resolving ambiguity. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating business goals into clear, structured, testable requirements.
